A rich, dark sauce flavoured with sesame oil, chillies and garlic which is ideal for cook-in or used as a marinade.Use with chicken or ribs as a marinade, sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds and served on a bed of lettuce.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a sauce pan, add 1000g of chicken cut into cubes and saute over moderate heat for 15 minutes.
2. Add Brahim's Malaysian Hoi Sin Sauce and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered over low to moderate heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.

Water, sugar, soyabean paste, sesame oil, modified tapioca starch, vinegar, oyster sauce, chilli, garlic, black pepper, mustard powder, caramel, salt and citric acid.
